Terms of service

Last updated: 18 July 2026

These terms are the agreement between LHMedia(“we”, “us”), a business registered in the United Kingdom, and the business using LeadsSorted(“you”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

They sit alongside our privacy policy, which explains how personal data is handled and forms part of this agreement.

1. What LeadsSorted does

LeadsSorted replies to your sales enquiries on WhatsApp, asks the qualifying questions you configure, scores how ready each lead is, and alerts you when one is worth calling. It runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform using a phone number you own and connect.

We provide the software. We do not generate leads for you, we do not guarantee any number of leads, and we do not guarantee sales. What we are responsible for is responding quickly, asking what you told us to ask, and passing conversations to you.

2. Your account

  • You must be a business, and at least 18 years old
  • Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account
  • The WhatsApp number you connect must be one you are entitled to use for your business
  • Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused

3. Trials, plans and payment

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card up front. Current plans are Starter (£95 a month, up to 150 leads), Growth (£195 a month, up to 500 leads), Scale (£395 a month, up to 1,500 leads). A lead means a new conversation started, not a message.

  • Caps are soft. If you go past your plan’s allowance we prompt you to upgrade. We never silently bill you for going over
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Annual plans, where taken, get two months free
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next payment. We do not refund part-months, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for
  • If a payment fails we will keep the service running while Stripe retries. If it keeps failing we may pause the service until it is resolved
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. If you do not want to continue at the new price you can cancel before it takes effect

4. How you may use it

The core rule: only message people who actually enquired with you.

  • Do not upload bought, scraped or harvested contact lists, and do not use LeadsSorted for cold outreach
  • Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s terms, which apply to your use of WhatsApp itself
  • Follow UK data protection and marketing law, including getting any consent you need before contacting someone
  • Do not use the service for anything unlawful, misleading, or designed to harm someone
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service without our agreement

If you break these rules we may suspend the account. Where the breach is serious, or puts our WhatsApp Business Platform access at risk, we may do so immediately and without notice.

5. AI-generated replies

Replies are generated by AI. It is good, and it is not perfect. It can misunderstand, and it can get a detail wrong. You are responsible for what is said to your leads under your business name, so review your configured questions and check the conversations.

The assistant hands over to you rather than inventing an answer when it cannot answer something. Do not rely on it for advice that needs a qualified human, such as legal, medical or financial advice.

6. Data

For lead conversation data, you are the data controller and we are your data processor. We process it on your instructions to run the service. Our privacy policy sets out the detail, including our subprocessors and how long data is kept.

Your lead data is yours. You can export it at any time, and we delete it within 30 days of your account closing, except for billing records we must keep by law.

7. Aggregated and anonymised data

You permit us to create aggregated and anonymised data from your use of the service, and to use it to run, measure and improve LeadsSorted. This is how the service learns which questions and phrasings work better over time, which benefits every business using it.

What this covers, specifically:

  • Structured signals: which question variant was asked, whether it was answered, how quickly, and the resulting score or outcome
  • Categorised answers: an answer placed into a non-identifying bucket such as a budget band or a timeline band, with the original text not retained
  • Aggregate counts and performance statistics across accounts

What this does not cover:

  • We do not use the content of your leads’ messages to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s
  • We do not share your data, aggregated or otherwise, in any form that identifies you, your business or your leads
  • We do not sell data, and we do not use lead data for advertising

Data produced this way does not identify any individual or business and is not personal data. If we ever want to go further than the above, we will update these terms and tell you before it takes effect.

8. Availability

LeadsSorted is in early access. We aim to keep it running and to respond quickly when it is not, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level at this stage. We may change or remove features as the product develops, and we will tell you about anything significant.

Parts of the service depend on providers outside our control, including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. We are not responsible for their outages, their policy changes, or a decision by Meta to restrict or remove your WhatsApp access.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost goodwill. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will produce any particular commercial result.

10. Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from Settings. We may end the agreement on 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms or if we are required to stop.

When the agreement ends, your access stops and we delete your data as described in section 6. Export anything you want to keep before you close the account.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we will email you and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
