At that point you have 24 hours to pick a plan, from £49 a month, and Maya keeps answering leads the whole time. If that window closes with no plan, she pauses on new leads until you choose one. Nothing is deleted, and until then there is nothing to cancel.

No account needed to start. You build the whole thing first and only make an account at the end, to save it. Nothing is permanent either way: every answer is editable in Settings once you are through.

The name, a couple of lines on what you do, and your website if you have one. This is what Maya reads to write everything else, so it is worth a proper sentence.

What a good lead looks like
The outcome you want a conversation to end with, in your own words. Then where your leads come from, and not running any ads yet is one of the answers.

Maya's first draft
She writes the greeting, the questions, the tap-to-answer buttons and the scoring from what you just told her. Change any word of it, set what each answer is worth, or send a block back for a different take.

Where alerts go
Which channels should reach you on a hot lead, and quiet hours so nothing goes off at 2am. WhatsApp or SMS need a mobile; the email digest on its own does not.

Rough lead volume
A guess is fine, and so is not knowing: one answer just starts you on the smallest plan and moves up when your leads outgrow it. Nothing is charged now.
