The trial ends when the leads start.
You pay nothing until the work shows up in your phone. Nothing is counting down and nothing is capped. The trial ends on whichever of these comes first:
- The first hot lead we hand you
- The third warm lead
At that point you have 24 hours to pick a plan and pay for the first month, and Maya keeps answering leads the whole time. If that window closes with no plan, she pauses on new leads until you choose one. Nothing is deleted, and until then there is nothing to cancel.

Pass your monthly leads and you have 24 hours to move up a plan or switch extra leads on, and Maya keeps answering the whole time. If you do neither, she pauses on new leads until you do, or until your allowance resets on the 1st. Conversations she already has open are always finished.
Busy month? £15 per extra 25 leads, switched on only if you want it.
Scale: 2 locations included, £79 a month per extra location.
We do not offer refunds as standard, with one exception: any payment is refunded on request within 24 hours of it being taken. After that window a cancellation stops the next renewal instead.
