Data deletion

This page confirms data deletion requests made through Facebook. If you arrived here without a reference code, you can request deletion directly by emailing us.

What this does not cover

Lead conversations are not deleted by this request. Those messages are business records belonging to the LeadsSortedcustomer, not data Facebook shared with us, and deleting them on a third party’s request would destroy another business’s records.

If you are a LeadsSorted customer and want your account and all lead data deleted, email louis@lh-media.co.uk and we will delete everything within 30 days. If you are a lead who messaged a business using LeadsSorted, that business controls your data, so ask them, or email us and we will pass it on.
